There are many agents who do not get back to you in a timely way or only occasionally send you a listing even when you have sent them listings you want to see. They do not seem to know what you want and do not explore options to understand better what that might be. Many agents do not tell you when prices drop on a house you asked to be kept informed about if the price should drop. Careless, If you want to see a lot of homes, they convey a real sense that it is time to make a decision. Lynne is just the opposite. She acts as if every visit to a house, seen before or new, is a great adventure and she works to see it through your eyes, reminding you of things you said you wanted and things you did not want. Even if that meant she would not make a sale that day. She anticipates what you might want to see before you even know it exists and never complains or stops working for you--late at night or over many months, going back and back again if you want to see something again. She maintains the same level of cheerful enthusiasm. She keeps an individualized tickler file. All those behaviors are great but in addition, Lynne knows Sea Pines and Hilton Head Island well. The reason for her success can be simply attributed to her high level of energy, her creative approach to making “the deal” and her reluctance to take no for an answer. To illustrate Lynne’s typical performance, we had a lot in Hilton Head Plantation that no longer met our needs. We first hired the big name Realtor who for six months told us why he couldn’t move our property even through the key market times of The Heritage and early summer.
